Shipping / Return Info
Shipping:
We ship by common freight lines anywhere in the U.S.
Normal Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Express delivery is available on
limited items, but may not be available for all items due to federal regulations
or size restrictions. We are pleased to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO
addresses using Standard delivery only. When shipping to an APO/FPO address,
delivery may take 3 to 6 weeks.
Shipping costs are displayed when you click on 'Shipping Options?' in the right
column basket.
All merchandise shipped is fully insured at no extra charge!
Most of our items are heavy and will need a minimum of two people present to
accept delivery. The truck driver is responsible only for getting your product
off the truck. A handcart is useful for transporting the item into your home
or office.
We will notify you if an item is backordered. Backordered items will normally
be shipped within 30 days.
Sorry, at this time, we do not ship orders to international addresses.
Upon arrival, please inspect the carton for obvious damage and note any
damage on the freight line's delivery receipt. Next, call and report the damage
to the freight company and request an inspection before the driver leaves. Do
NOT accept any shipment until all equipment has been given visual inspection
inside and out. Once you sign for and accept the equipment, you own it in "as
is" condition !!!
Warranties:
All of our products are backed by manufacturers' warranties (typically up to
one year) and free lifetime technical assistance which is available 10 AM -
8 PM Mon-Fri and from 11 AM - 5 PM Saturdays. Our friendly and knowledgeable
technicians are here to answer all your questions.
Please report any missing parts to us within 3 days. If any contents are missing
or a manufacturer's defect is discovered, any applicable warranties may be used
to repair or replace the defective parts to restore the item to factory specifications.
Customers may be required to return the defective part(s) to the manufacturer
at their expense in order to comply with the terms of the warranty.
Returns:
We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase.
You can make returns or exchanges using your original packing receipt. All returns
must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories.
Some items cannot be returned if opened. Some items are subject to a restocking
fee. Other restrictions may apply.

for instructions.
Merchandise on Clearance or Special Price at time of return will be refunded
at the clearance price.
All other returns or exchanges-----including those without a receipt-----will
be offered manufacturers' warranty and repair assistance.
Sorry, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
