Ordering Information:
If you would like to place an order, it is highly recommended that you use
our secure online shipping cart and payment system. You can conveniently order
online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week knowing that the information you enter
is safe and protected. Orders can also be faxed to us 24 hours a day at 425-355-7895.
Save 1% on your order total by paying with a check or money
order!
(The shopping cart will automatically give you this discount during checkout
when you select the check/money order option.)
You may send a check or money order (payable to Game Depot) to:
11410 N.E. 124th Street, Suite 276, Kirkland, WA 98034. Checks are held for
ten days for clearing and your order will not ship until the check has cleared.
For orders exceeding $10,000.00, we will only accept a certified Cashier's
Check for the amount of the purchase.
Order Confirmation:
When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by
email indicating that your order was received. Once your order has shipped we
will contact you via email with your shipping information.

Taxes:
State and local sales tax is only charged for those orders being shipped to
the state of Washington. All other shipments are not subject to tax.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept any cancellations of it. The
credit card companies charge us a processing fee which is non-refundable. Processing
fees can vary between 3%-5% and are charged on the initial sale as well as for
any refunds being applied back to the customer's credit card. Once an order
is placed, we consider it to be final. At the management's discretion, cancellations
made within 24 hours may be allowed, but will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Deposits on games either in-stock or for pre-ordered or special ordered items
are non-refundable. Upon receiving your written request to cancel your order,
we will make attempts to sell your item to another customer and if successful,
we will refund your deposit. We cannot guarantee your item will be sold, or
that it will sell for the amount you paid for it.
When deciding to place a deposit on an item, please be sure that you want the
item and that it is the correct model.
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover keep a copy of our policy on
file and honor it.
